Reliance Digital launches DISCO sale with offers up to Rs 30,000

Reliance Digital, India’s largest consumer electronics retailer, has launched D.I.S.C.O. (Digital India Sale Crazy Offers), a refreshed identity for its Digital India Sale, running till August 16 across Reliance Digital stores, RelianceDigital.in and MyJio Stores. The sale offers enhanced exchange value, exchange bonuses up to Rs 15,000 on select electronics, 50% off a second product, discounts up to Rs 30,000 through bank cards, paper finance and UPI, and a complimentary one-year extended warranty.

Smartphones & accessories: 4G smartphones start at Rs 10,999, 5G models at Rs 13,999, and premium iPhones and foldables go up to Rs 2 lakh. Customers get up to 30 months’ No Cost EMI, exchange bonuses up to Rs 10,000 on select smartphones, up to 10% off on UPI payments for audio, wearables and accessories, and 50% off select Bluetooth speakers, earbuds and power banks on purchases of Rs 15,000 or more.

Court rejects bail pleas of 4 in Rs 20-crore fraud case

PANAJIThe Principal District and Sessions Court, Merces, on Thursday rejected bail pleas of four accused in a Rs 20-crore investment fraud case. Sarika Pilankar, Subhash Dhuri, Soma Gaonkar and Digambar Bhat, initially detained and later arrested, allegedly acted as agents to dupe victims.The EOC said around 265 victims have complained.
